释义	Rudny Kazakstan Kazak Rūdnyy, also spelled Rudnyi, or Rudnyj city, northern Kazakhstan. It lies on the Tobyl River. Rudny, meaning “ore” in Russian, was founded in 1955 beside the huge ore-dressing combine, then under construction, which mines and processes the rich Sokolovka and Sarbay iron-ore deposits. A reservoir on the Tobyl supplies the city and combine with water. Electrified rail links join Rudny with cities in the Urals. Pop. (1995 est.) 125,700.
