释义	Lesser Himalayas mountains, Asia also called Inner Himalayas, Lower Himalayas, or Middle Himalayas, middle section of the Himalayan mountain ranges, extending southeastward across north Pakistan, north India, Nepal, Sikkim (India), and into Bhutan. The range lies between the Great (north) and Siwālik, or Outer (south), Himalayan ranges and has an average height of 12,000 to 15,000 feet (3,700 to 4,500 m). It includes portions of the Punjab, Kumaun, Nepal, and Assam Himalayas.
